How do I know if a case will fit my specific PCB or device?
Each product page includes a detailed technical specification sheet and a 3D CAD drawing. We recommend comparing your board dimensions and port placements against these diagrams before purchasing.
Are your enclosures rated for outdoor use?
Many of our enclosures carry IP65, IP66, or IP67 ratings, making them dust-tight and protected against water ingress. Please check the 'Protection Rating' section on the individual product page for specific environmental certifications.
Do you offer custom milling or cutouts for connectors?
Yes, we provide custom CNC machining and digital printing services for bulk orders of 50 units or more. Please contact our engineering team via the 'Custom Orders' page for a quote.
What materials are used in your enclosures?
We stock a variety of materials including high-impact ABS plastic, flame-retardant polycarbonate, and extruded aluminum. Material properties like UV stabilization and UL94-V0 flammability ratings are listed in the product descriptions.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
Standard enclosures can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unmodified condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been drilled, painted, or otherwise modified by the customer.
Do you offer volume discounts for manufacturers?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for standard quantities, but for wholesale inquiries exceeding 500 units, please request a formal pro-forma invoice.
