We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-quality electronic housings. If your case or enclosure does not meet your specifications, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the enclosure in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, gaskets, and technical manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
